We are currently seeking and Accounts Receivable Officer & Accounts Payable Officer (2 Roles) for a National Client based in Geelong.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • General Administration
  • Maintain general office documentation and responding emails
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous experience within accounts payable/ receivable
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound organisational skills with a pro-active approach
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) Highly Desirable
