The Firm

This practice has the reputation of being one the biggest and best firms on the south side of Brisbane with over 20 staff. The firm is a full service practice which includes tax, accounting, audit and financial planning. The partners have built up a client portfolio that would be the envy of bigger CBD based practices.

The Role

Working directly under the guidance of highly regarded senior staff your existing tax knowledge will grow quickly. You will gain exposure to a large client from a variety of industries.

Your role will include:

• Preparation of Income Tax Returns & Financial Statements for all types of entities
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
• Tax planning
• PAYGW Variations, CGT Calculations
• Liaising with the ATO on taxation matter 
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders

The Individual

A successful candidate will possess:

• 1+ years’ experience in another Australian firm
• Studying or have completed degree
• Strong desire to complete CA or CPA
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Upbeat personality
