Manager –

• Boutique firm – Manage a team of 4 accountants. Full management role, no processing.
• Take on Partnership in the future. Assist the Partner with developing the firm, making changes, building and improving. Be given the room to make important decisions.
• One of the most reputable firms in Newcastle. Opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and team of 3-4 staff. Room to move into future Director/Partner position – salary or equity if this is a final goals. Alternatively for those that wish to stay at the Management level they do very well at keeping this interesting, financially rewarding and allow you to choose your preferred industries etc.

Senior / Supervisor / Client Manager –

• Client Management role. Additional leave options. Bonus structure to reward you financially. Trusted / Autonomous role. 6+ years’ experience.
• Multi Partner CA firm. Manage client portfolio worth $600K and pooled team with another supervisor of 4-6. 5+ years experience.
• Quality clients with turnovers right up to $100M+ plus international business opportunities, particularly within Asia. Financial bonuses for individual KPIs. Down to Earth leadership team who buy lunch for their teams on Fridays and enjoys an afternoon drink with everyone.  
• Evolving mid-size firm. No time sheets as they offer value billing to clients. Emphasis is on advisory rather than compliance. Triple in size over the past 3 years. Supervisor role in the next 6-12 months available to you.
• Social team that are into their sports. Good size firm that offers a similar level quality client base, training, resources and development as the larger 2nd-tiers in Newcastle

Intermediate –

• One of the larger firms - Compliance duties as well as tax planning, analysing financial information and preparing cash flows / forecasts. 3+ years experience and studying towards/completed your CA or CPA
• Direct client contact. Ongoing support and training. Mixed role with Business Services and SMSF. 2+ years experience.
• Junction: 3 Partner CA firm. Be responsible for managing a group of clients with turnovers up to $40M and on average $5M.  Approximately 20% of your role will be advisory focus.

 To be considered you must have relevant experience as an Accountant within an Australian Accounting practice.
