Our client, a privately owned successful Australian business offers bookkeeping services to its long established clients for over the last 23 years.
Due to their continual growth, they require a passionate and enthusiastic bookkeeper to join their vibrant team. You will be responsible for managing client accounts using bookkeeping and accounting principles along with building strong relationships. You will continue to provide their clients with exceptional service with a focus on great professional customer service, accuracy and knowledge.
You will work in a small dynamic team environment on a full-time basis Monday to Friday located at their head office in Richmond which is very close to public transport and great cafes.
Your duties will include:
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank Account Reconciliation
- Completing weekly and monthly reporting
- Business Activity Statements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing outstanding and professional customer service and support
- Adhoc administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel - Intermediate level
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the square
- Be a self-motivator and manage your time management effectively
- A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, previous experience in Accounts will be highly regarded
