Our client is a fast-growing freight forwarding company with their head office located in Sydney and other offices in major capital cities in Australia. They have been renowned for providing years of the best logistics services.The opportunity now arises for a Financial Accountant to join their Sydney team.Roles & Responsibilities
- Running weekly statements
- Follow up and collect payments
- Credit control
- Assist managers and other staff with general duties
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Running daily accounts invoices for the exports team and other departments
Personal requirements:
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Proficient technical knowledge particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- 2 + years' experience in a similar role
- Must be able to drive to and from work
