This growing SME is looking for an experienced finance and operations professional to join their leadership team and take over the day-to-day running of their finance, logistics and customer service functions.  This role will be a key member of the leadership team and work with the business owners, other executives and external consultants as the business positions itself for further growth.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the finance, logistics and customer service teams.  In total you will have 7 direct reports and have overall responsibility for:

• All financial statement preparation
• Budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing variance analysis
• Commercial support to the executive team
• Development of operational KPIs in conjunction with the supply chain and procurement manager
• Oversight of the customer service team and review of service KPI's and performance
• Ad hoc analysis and commercial support
• Liaison with banking, accounting and external regulatory bodies

This is a challenging role that will see the successful candidate utilise a wide range of operational, commercial and finance skills within a growing company.  

Your success will be based on your experience helping SME's develop policies and procedures to underpin growth and development.  You will have a track record of working directly with business owners, have post graduate qualifications in accounting or business management and be looking for a challenging, hands-on role that will see you take overall responsibility for a range of functional business areas.
