Our client is a growing business in Ascot Vale who offer a range of services in Australia.
They have a professional & vibrant culture and offer a great environment.
Due to internal movement they are looking to take on an experienced Accounts & Admin Officer.

The role:

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Creating invoices
Bank reconciliations
Assisting in payroll
Receiving phone calls
Administrative support
Assisting with other ad-hoc task around the office.

The business currently uses both MYOB and CyberFreight - experience in these systems would be beneficial.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

Have strong accounts payable and receivable experience
Fast and accurate data entry speeds
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Professional and friendly approach
Takes pride in personal presentation (professional & neat work attire)
Strong organisational skills
