This medium sized accounting firm with multiple office locations throughout QLD, VIC AND NSW are looking for a driven Business Services Manager to join their team in the Gold Coast. This firm offers their clients the complete suite of financial service offerings including accounting, taxation, advisory, wealth management, financial planning and superannuation. The firm has invested heavily into their culture and pride themselves on their client first mentality.
POSITION
Due to growth within the Business Services team, this firm is looking to secure a driven Business Services Manager to mentor their team of bright and motivated accountants. This role will encompass the full scope of client relationship management, workflow management, mentoring and staff development. The successful candidate will engage in business development with the partners to grow the profile of the firm.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Proven management experience
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
