Reporting to the Senior Accountant and liaising with tour co-ordinators and the GM on a daily basis in this role - your key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Managing settlements and chargebacks
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Reconciliation of invoices
• Budget preparation
• BAS preparation
• PAYG summaries
• Withholding tax
• Cashflow management
• Reporting

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

• Degree qlfd with a minimum of 12 mths Assistant Accountant experience
• Demonstrated reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Great communication skills, a motivated and service oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Deadline orientation and an ability to gain the trust of stakeholders
• Strong Excel and ideally MYOB skills

City fringe location
Hours 9.30am - 6pm - yes you get to sleep in !
 $55K plus super
