Role Snapshot
A great opportunity for a risk enthusiast to lead the continued enhancement of Tabcorp’s risk and compliance journey. This newly created role will be responsible for Tabcorp’s Risk Management Framework, risk governance forums and the organisations Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) System.
How you will contribute
In this role you will be involved in, however not limited to;
- Supporting the Risk and Compliance team in leading risk change and culture throughout the organisation.
- Establishment and ongoing co-ordination of risk and compliance governance forums across Tabcorp.
- Ownership of the risk framework and associated polices and guidance documents, including ensuring their successful ongoing embedding.
- Ownership of Tabcorp’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) System – covering both BAU and projects.
- Advancing Tabcorp’s approach to risks analysis and reporting by utilising data and analytics.
- Involvement in and leading of Projects across Tabcorp to enhance risk framework and culture.
Our Ideal Person
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, internal audit, or consultancy with a medium to large sized corporate organisation. Ideally experience in the second line of defence.
- A strong and practical understanding of leading risk management practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong Project management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive change with business management.
