The role
As part of a high volume labour hire business, you will complete timely and accurate payroll processing ensuring compliance to a varied range of Awards and industrial instruments. You will also manage the day-to-day tasks such as client and employee enquiries, employee files, reconciliations and payroll/finance reporting requirements.
About you
You will have strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail. Working across a range of employers and industries, you will need broad experience in Award / Agreement interpretation and the ability to apply in a high volume payroll. Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and strong written and oral communication are essential.
