Thie new opportunity is open due to organic yet rapid growth of the client base. The company is well established with a strong reputation built on the profiles of the ex-Big 4 Partnership team. The leaders broke away from the Big 4 to start a firm that has the same quality client base with a more personalised and flexible culture. 

Position / Exposure:

• Siting between the Senior Manager and three Accountants below, you will be responsible for delegating, reviewing and mentoring all three with support from the Senior Manager and one of the Partners. 
• The role is made up of business advisory services as well as specialist tax projects. 
• A crucial part of the virtual CFO / outsourced internal finance function which will give you a taste of commercial accounting without having to leave the Chartered environment. Approximately 2 days a week you will be involved in the CFO function.
• Clients are Big 4 quality - A & B grade with turnovers up to and in excess of $200M

Training / Development and Promotion:

• Real focus on developing their employees with mentorship and career planning sessions.
• Part of your career plan will be to move into a Management position in the very near future as the firm has a goal in place to promote the current Manager of this team into a Director role and you up into the Management position.
• If Partnership is also a future goal - it will be welcomed and nutured as the leadership team intends to continue to build future Partners internally

Requirements:

• To align with this reputable organisation you will hold your CA qualified and have over 4 years of Business Services Accounting experience
