Rare opportunity has opened up for a technical Finance Analyst to join a leading global organisation. This role seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant with group reporting and analysis experience to add value to this fun and fast-paced team environment.

As a key player in the industry and with consistent growth in recent years, they are actively seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to play a key role in reporting and analysis across different business units.
Description
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist the corporate finance team with data migration and testing during the global ERP implementation process
- Conduct financial modelling and comprehensive analyses for the group’s budgets, forecasts and consolidation
- Research and provide technical advice and interpretation on the impact of revised accounting standards on reporting
- Assist with the implementation and advisory of AASB 15 and AASB 16 to the group businesses
- Assist with year-end reporting and audit processes, as well preparation of the group’s annual financial report
- Detailed analysis of gross profit and margin, resolve discrepancies where identified
- Provide analytical commentary and advice to support strategic decision making
- Completion of ad hoc projects as required
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full CA qualification, essential
- ERP system implementation experience, essential
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including financial modelling skills
- Profound understanding of accounting standards and consolidation principles
- Ability to work with teams across functions
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
