Role
These roles are fantastic and a great opportunity to be part of a wonderful team, you will be able to work autonomously have the scope to build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Key to your success will be your ability to process a large volume of invoices and to be able to contribute to the team in a positive and dynamic environment.
  
Duties and Responsibilities

• Full function Accounts Payable
• Data entry of invoices
• Matching / batching and coding invoices
• Payment runs in accordance with company policy
• Assisting suppliers with a wide range of queries via phone and email
• Reconciliations and reporting
• Month end processes
• Working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager on a wide range of projects

Skills and Experience
Due to the complexity of this role our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a full function Accounts Payable role, this role is much more than data entry. In addition, you will also possess the following:

• Proven experience processing high volume Accounts Payable
• Experience in a broad full function Accounts Payable role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong systems experience – Ideally SAP
• The ability to “hit the ground running”
• A keen eye for system and process improvements
