About the role
As the Finance Accounts Payable Data Entry Officer, you will play a key role within our dedicated finance team in all administrative and financial related tasks. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the position will ensure the proficient and accurate operation of all functions that are the responsibility of the team, including but not limited to accounts payables and receivables, and assisting the Finance Manager in more complex tasks, as well as provide exceptional customer service across the organisation.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience in accounts payables/receivables, including general ledger and chart of accounts, coupled with proven experience in MS Office, Excel and Outlook. With excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, the successful candidate will have strong attention to detail with the capacity to accurately process a high volume of data.
The successful candidate will also have experience in the use of a computerised accounting system, experience in SUNSYSTEM is preferred but not essential.
