Our hospitality business is looking for an experienced bookkeeper/ office manager to join our small, dynamic team on a part time 3 day per week basis
As an organised, customer-driven and motivated individual, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business.
Key responsibilities of this role will include;
- Accounts payables and creditor management,
- Cashflow management,
- Receivables and debtor collection,
- Monthly reporting and insights to management,
- Tax planning in consultation with external accountant; BAS, PAYG.
- Accounts & bank reconciliation,
- Payroll, including superannuation,
- Administration support,
- Reception duties and customer service,
- Office management and day-to-day order processing,
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate;
- Initiative, responsiveness, resourcefulness and a positive attitude,
- Proven cash flow management skills and creditor management experience,
- Strong bookkeeping skills and familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software,
- Clear and confident communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues,
- Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to add value across all aspects of the business,
- Experience in a similar function, ideally within a small-to-medium business environment.
This role is available on a three days per week basis, 8.30 am – 5pm (b/w Mon - Fri only)
$70,000 package pro rata three days. An interest in the hospitality/ food/ beverage industry would be beneficial.
