This is a successful and growing Australian and privately owned company who is renowned for their unique dental services offering a variety of emergency, general and laboratory services all throughout Melbourne & Victoria. They are currently seeking a temporary "Accounts Receivable Officer" to come on board and assist with the management of their patient accounts through invoicing and collections of outstanding invoices.

About the Role: 

• Contacting patients regarding outstanding payments
• Liaising with various stakeholders (businesses/aged care homes & management staff)
• Customer database management
• Temp (8 hours a week across 2x days) - view for ongoing work!

About you:

• Preferably some experience within healthcare industry
• Accounts Receivable experience 2+ years
• Can confidently liaise with management
• Can confidently make outbound calls to follow-up on outstanding payments
