The Company
Our client is a well-established figure within the Retail industry, who is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join a team of 4 and report to the Financial Controller. You will use your high-level communication skills to follow up on any issues or queries.
In addition you will be a self-starter who seeks out new challenges, and will be proactive in giving assistance to the Finance Team when required.
The Role
Sitting in the Finance team, the role will involve key responsibilities such as:
- Overseeing end to end high volume Accounts Receivable functions
- Importing invoices and credit notes with MYOB
- Executing transactional processing, reconciliation and receipting
- Maintaining the accuracy of debtor’s ledgers
- Fulfilling weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Conducting general customer service to finance related tasks and inquiries
Your Profile
The successful applicant will have prior successful receivable experience and is eager to build their career in Accounts Receivable. You will have the ability to conduct yourself with professionalism when interacting with all levels of seniority when required.
With a keen eye for detail, you will be able to detect any anomalies when scanning supplier invoices. The company requires someone who can handle high volumes, had a high learning agility, and is eager for the great opportunity to work within a well-established business.
