The Role
A recent review has highlighted the need for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team.  The role of the Senior Accountant will add depth and capability to the business in the following areas:

• Preparing monthly internal financial reports and variance analysis
• Preparing interim half-year and year-end financial statements 
• Working with Auditors to drive the audit process of financial statements
• Working with multiple start-up to ASX clients across various sectors 
• Mentoring junior members of the team & influencing workflow
• Incorporating innovation and continuous improvement in your work
• Confidently engage at board level, providing superior advice 

About You
This role will resonate with a proven Senior Accountant or Manager, being a leader of a team within a professional services environment. Post CA/CPA, this might be your 2nd step from Chartered, with you ideally gaining some “internal accounting experience” in an ASX environment.  You will demonstrate a natural ability to build and maintain authentic relationships at all levels and the delivery of quality outcomes.
