Appreciating Payroll is working exclusively with one of Australia's top blue chip corporations, who, due to continued success in their market, have a newly created and rare opening for a Payroll Officer to join their growing team.

The idea candidate would have SAP, however for the right person, they will offer the opportunity to be trained on what is one of the most highly sort after tier one payroll systems. 

The role can also be very fluid and they are open to adapting their requirements to the skill set of the successful applicant. VERY RARE!

JOB DEETS & REQUIREMENT:

• Manage the preparation, processing, payments and reporting of salaries and wages for the group
• Working with the agreed Service Level Agreements, time frames, organisation policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirements
• Actively contribute to the ethos, projects, ideas and continuous improvement of the function
• Work to build solid working relationships with internal and external clients and will service our clients to a standard of excellence delivering consistently compliant and client focused value-added payroll service
• Excellent and proven customer skills and commutation skills both written and verbal
• Can do attuite and desire to offer up new initiatives and ideas
• Not afraid of process improvements and being adaptable to change
