Reporting into the Directors, you will lead a team responsible for leading the financial and commercial operations of the group. You will lead a small team in the preparation of periodic financial reporting, analysis and advise senior management to ensure effective financial management, control and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
Due to the rapid growth nature of this business, opportunities also exist outside of the main duties of the role to lead a number of key projects focused on continuous process improvement, new business acquisition and to partner with the business to identify future efficiency trends.  
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial results, creating insightful and meaningful monthly reports for senior management
• Ensure financial controls and compliance including implementation of policy and procedures
• Drive value-add analysis and opportunities in the market
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts and periodic budgeting
• Manage the external audits
• Oversee and business partner with the finance team, property managers and general managers in relation to their financial functions
• Ensure harmonisation of software systems and internal procedures, with a strong focus on accurate and value-add reporting

  
CA/ CPA qualified, you ideally will have commenced your career within a mid-tier firm and have progressed up the Manager or Senior Manager level within Business Services having a portfolio of clients experiencing growth and expansion. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated commercial awareness. You will possess exceptional communication skills as your ability to interact, engage and influence stakeholders across the business will be crucial to your success. You will elicit natural leadership qualities and are likely to have aspirations to further progress your career within a rapidly growing organisational environment.
