The Organisation
This oil and gas company is extremely well regarded internationally, they have a strong reputation, culture and regularly promote from within due to a world class training program. This opportunity is a 12 month contract initially but could go permanent and pave a great pathway for your future career.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working with a sizeable team you will build rapport with key stakeholders to bridge the gap between finance and operations. You will also liaise with key JV stakeholders.
Duties
- Budgets, forecasts and detailed commentary outlining possible improvements
- Continuous system improvements
- Monthly management reports and P&L analysis for key business leaders
- Variance analysis
- Build and develop financial models to assist with ongoing projects
- Liaise with auditors
- Ad-hoc analysis as required
The Requirements
- You will have experience in similar role ideally with an oil and gas company
- You will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent ideally with an audit background although not essential
- Large ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle
- You will be ambitious and keen to add value whether it is for 12 months or permanently
