The Firm

This 1 partner firm with over 13 staff is located in Heidelberg.  They boast a great work environment with friendly and approachable staff from juniors right up to the partner. The partner and managers have a wealth of experience and are always open to assisting junior/senior staff with any queries they may have. They often hold social events and team building exercises and ensure staff enjoy coming to work.

They are currently on the lookout for a parcel of fees to purchase or business to takeover as they have excess seating capacity in their office and would like to get a few more staff on board. 



About the Role 

The opportunity available is for an experienced senior accountant with business services and tax experience, to join the team. You will work alongside a team of experienced accountants providing high end work to small SME clients. From day one you will have exposure to all clients and be encouraged to interact with them. You will spend at least 25% of your time doing tax advisory work alongside the manager and this will increase with time.

They have a structured advisory programme for a number of their clients and for the rest they do compliance as well as ad hoc advisory type work. T


About you 
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum 4 years working experience in an accounting practice
• CA/CPA qualified 
• Solid business services/tax background
• Previous client facing experience
• Excellent communication skills
