The Roles
Managing a portfolio of life insurance claims, you will be required to build professional relationships with claimants, providing a focus on the importance of rehabilitation when applicable. Day to day, you will:
- Make regular contact with claimants to provides update on the claim
- Liaise with third party medical practitioners and allied health professionals
- Investigate supporting evidence
- Assess and make recommendations on decisions of claims

Your Background
- Experience within or knowledge of insurance and/or superannuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude to change
- An empathetic disposition, with an understanding of the importance of commercial decisions
- Proven success within a fast-paced environment
