Business Analyst required by a rapidly growing manufacturing company to drive process improvements in finance

Your new company
A well known & rapidly growing company based close to public transport requires an experienced Business Analyst with experience working within a finance shared services environment for a project role that will drive process improvement throughout the finance team and wider business.

Your new role
Working closely with senior project managers & stakeholders, you'll play an integral role in:

• Process mapping key shared service functions including AR, AP and financial reporting
• Develop and maintain a catalog of process flow diagrams that capture end-to-end business processes and contributes to the creation of process documentation for the organization
• Business partner with senior department heads to ensure financial information integrity and information flow meets objectives
• Project timeline management
• Working closely with Shared Services team to understand issues and improve work flow

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working within a finance shared service environment.
• If you've worked throughout systems or process transformation projects would be even better.
• Previous large company experience will also make your transition into this role much smoother, as will hands on knowledge of larger ERP systems.
• Experience with lean methodologies would be an advantage
• Strong problem solving skills, with a proactive approach ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations
