Joining a well-established and highly valued Finance Team based on the Central Coast in Wyong and reporting to the Supply Finance Manager, you will partner with the Supply team to support, challenge and improve the processes of reporting and analysis, and foster a strong controls environment. Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Commercial functions, you will provide accurate, timely and relevant reporting, analysis and insight to help to drive efficiency, productivity & improve financial outcomes for the business.

Through collaborative relationships and a strong management accountant background, you will be responsible for;

Business Partnering

• Provide Supply team with accurate and relevant financial performance reporting each period end with R&O identified and communicated.
• Forecast year end estimate, annual budgeting, productivity activities and fixed budget planning & analysis
• Support the engineering team to reconcile and spend capital
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, process and efficiency

Governance and Controls

• Complete period end close and reconciliations
• Ensure fair and accurate conversion cost allocations through periodic review
• Support the Supply team to be compliant with our Internal Controls

What are we looking for?

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
• Strong experience in Management Accounting is desirable
• Ability to be a true finance business partner and work in a fast paced environment
• A customer focus and a drive for results is the perfect blend to succeed in this role.
• Familiarity of SAP is advantageous.
