We are a Boutique Practice based in Varsity Lakes that provides tax and business advisory services to a diverse range of clientele Australia wide, and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior or Intermediate Accountant to join our growing firm.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Business / Commerce degree with Accounting major;
• CA/CPA qualified or currently completing;
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role;
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills;
• Experience with all types of entities including individual, companies and trusts;
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
• Strong attention to detail; and
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist junior employees
• Have worked in firms where systems and procedures are standardised across the firm (& followed)

The role includes:

• Effectively managing client portfolios and liaising with clients, either by correspondence or in face to face interviews
• The preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for a client base of various entities.
• Assisting junior employees with work and act as a mentor/buddy.
