The Role

We currently have a part-time position available. Days and hours are negotiable, but preferred working hours would be 4 days per week, 4 hours per day.  Ideally this would suit someone looking to return to the workforce.  You will be the front face of our business interacting with all levels of clientele and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for individual, partnership, company, trust & super funds.
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients, including ATO & ASIC
• Review colleagues work
• Work with team members to ensure client work is reviewed & completed within the timeframe allocated.
• Meet with business clients for end of year returns and tax planning for current and future financial years

Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Experienced in public practice with tax experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Good attention to detail and well presented
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• MYOB AE, Xero, Quickbooks and Advanced MS Excel and MS Word software experience an advantage
