We are now seeking a diligent & well organized Marketing Administrator to join our team in Macquarie Park. This is a highly varied and challenging role in a fast paced environment where there is opportunity to really make a difference. 

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinating with internal personnel & external parties to follow up  budget application & credit claims processing;
  • Collecting and compiling data so to maintain and update reports on database & website; 
  • Assisting in monitoring competitors and industry trends;
  • Managing product samples asset & marketing material by coordinating with various parties;
  • Processing marketing promotion redemption, maintaining traceable records, and assist in all forms of marketing activities and events carried out by the team;
  • Providing general administrative assistance and other ad hoc duties as directed by the management from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Local knowledge in Accounting and Admin will be highly regarded;
  • Sound analytical and numerical skills with strategic thinking capability;
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Team player with can-do attitude and open minded innovative ideas;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise competing tasks simultaneously in well organised manner;
  • Highly attention to detail and efficient self starter.
