Your new company
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing talent management agency in the CBD. Having already succeeded in Europe, they began their Australia division a few years ago and have achieved massive milestones with even better things in sight.
Your new role
This newly created role holds great variety and will see you getting involved with all aspects of accounts and some administration relating to talent as below:
- Accounts payable, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner
- Accounts receivable, ensuring all payments are processed correctly
- Talent payroll
- Expense reimbursements
- Bank reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will be outgoing and friendly with excellent communication skills enabling you to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and talent. Ideally, you will have come from a similar type of industry either in talent management, advertising or PR. Furthermore, you must be confident in your ability to tackle all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll with at least 2 years prior experience.
