Join a leading out-of-home media organisation in this high visibility impact business partnering role, leading and dynamic Commercial Finance Team by providing trusted strategic commercial advice to the broader business.

Here’s what you’ll do…

You will be expected to lead and motivate your team to develop innovative and strategic insights that help to drive commercial success across the business.

You will play an integral role in influencing key operational and strategic initiatives by advising on new business growth, commercial projects & tenders, leading the annual planning and forecasting cycle, as well as support the development and execution of existing business strategies in place.

Duties include;

• Overseeing all financial support and ouputs produced by the Commercial Finance Team
• Lead a team of 5 Commercial, Planning and Data Analysts providing in supporting and guidance allkey business units and senior stakeholders whilst delivering insights and analysis being a centre of excellence
• Provide guidance to the Senior Management Team (SMT) on commercial negotiations
• Facilitate the translation of complex quantitative data findings into tangible and relatable business solutions in an informative yet engaging (storytelling) manner
• Business partner with department heads to manage financial and commercial aspects of tender proposals and acquisitions
• Manage and oversee the preparation of business case and tendersubmissions in accordance with leadership and board directives
• Uphold best practice financial modelling and manage the design and implement of all ROI processes across the group
• Execute detailed and effective scenario testing and sensitivity analysis
• Lead the annual planning cycle ensuring commercial and financial viability of outcomes in conjunction with SMT, CFO & Board 

Here's what you'll look like...

• Prior experience as a Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Manager in a diverse and/ or evolving industry landscape
• Advanced financial, commercial and data modelling skills
• Experience leading a high performing team and comfortable
• A trusted adviser with the ability to influence at C-Suite level and gain critical business and team buy in
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to be innovative and entrepreneurial in your approach to delivering insights
• Showcase a curious mindset and someone who seeks to understand
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas through both verbal and written form acceptable at Board level
• Excellent MS Office skills and be able to navigate a range of dashboard solutions, PowerPoint presentations Previous experience with Power BI and MS Access desirable
