An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer, who has experience in the construction industry, to join an industry leader in the landscape sector. With teams operating in all three eastern states of Australia, this growing organisation offers a diverse and rewarding work environment. They have an excellent mix of both civil/building and Government sector clients and have grown from strength to strength through quality of project delivery and referrals. 
  
Our client is looking to hear from proactive accounts officers, who have experience working in the construction industry.
  
What you’ll do:

• Utilise your detail-oriented work approach to process invoices
• Use your system knowledge to record accounts receivable using Jobpac and MYOB
• Utilise your record keeping skills to maintain accurate records of accounts to be received
• Use your natural, confident communication skills to liaise regularly with stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• Recent experience working in the construction industry is essential
• 3 yrs + experience working in an Accounts Receivable role
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• High levels of IT skills including, experience using MYOB, Jobpac and Microsoft Office
