Join the Accounts Payable team at this National Organisation based in Central Gold Coast
Your new company
Join this National organisation who operate in the services sector, they are experiencing further expansion in 2018/2019 and this is a newly create position to support the additional work load.
Your new role
This is a all encompassing creditor processing position, you will code and enter invoices, expense claims and credit card expenses to the GL accounts, set up new suppliers, reconcile supplier statements, process pay runs weekly and manage high volume account inquires via email and phone daily.
What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record as a Accounts Payable Officer within a shared service team environment is highly desirable. If you enjoy being busy and having ownership of your accounts, maintaining and building positive supplier relationships and like being part of a big team this could be your ideal job. Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle/Dynamics AX are essential as is intermediate Excel skills.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position, the organisation is stable and growing. The remuneration will commence from $50,000 + super; they have corporate office with parking close by.
