- Be a strategic thinker

- Be able to cope with repetitive process across multiple business activities
- Develop solid relationships and work collaboratively with Director, Division Managers, Project Managers, HR and Admin team
- Hold a relevant qualification in Accounting
- Have demonstrated experience with providing financial solutions to small to medium enterprises
- Have demonstrated MYOB and intermediate excel skills
- Actively participate in work related activities that promote a great place to work
- Be committed to health and safety and a team first approach
Typical duties:
- Analysing the revenue and expenditure of the business divisions
- Conducting financial investigations and audits, and preparing reports.
- Reporting to the Director about the financial health of the business.
- Providing advice to the business by analysing accounting options.
- Developing budget and accounting policies.
- Liaising with external auditors.
- Preparing profit and loss statements, analysis and commentary for each division
- Work with the Administration Manager on finance related tasks
- Complies with financial legal requirements and advises management on needed actions.
- Review and provide input for new accounting system
