About the business and the role

Well established growing organisation are looking for someone to join their small friendly team. This will be a mix of Accounts Payable and payroll. Training will be provided. This is a temporary position that may go permanent

Job tasks and responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to

Processing payroll including workers comp, leave application, terminations
Monthly and annual payroll tax
Payroll reporting and analysis
Liaise with site admin for roster updates
Reconcile month end PAYG, payroll tax and super
Processing invoices on a daily basis
Reconciling supplier statements to invoices
Payments
Receipting and allocation of money received.
Ad hoc duties

Skills and experience

To be successful for this role, you will need

Very good interpersonal skills
Experience with payroll
Pronto or MYOB Exo essential
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skill
