About the business
A fast-growing property development company having medium and large real estate development projects across Australia, and also manage several family investment funds and trusts.
About the role
You will be mainly focused on Business and tax advisory, which include:
- Preparation of tax returns and financial statements
- Tax planning
- Statutory compliance for companies, partnerships, trusts
- Management accounting, project evaluations, due diligence and other specialist reports
Skills and experience
CA/CPA qualified
10+ years experiences in a accounting role, with at least 5 years experiences working in the Big 4 accounting firm
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations in Companies, Trusts and Wealth managements
Have engaged in development projects over 10 mil, and have strong understanding in the property development lifecycle
Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred
