About the Role
In this role you will be working in a dynamic and innovative workspace utilising your Accounts Payable experience to make a positive impact within the highly supportive team.
Duties
Day to day duties include but are not limited to:
- Timely and accurate entry of supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Preparation and administration of payment batches
- Coordinating the approval of invoices
- Performing monthly supplier reconciliations for key supplier accounts
- Primary point of contact to external suppliers for resolving payment queries
- Entry and payment of approved employee expenses
- Credit card administration and processing into the accounting system
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar role is desired
- Outstanding communication skills and a solutions focused problem solver
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong accounts payable software knowledge
