The position involves the bookkeeping and administration of a small office in the CBD. The Directors oversee multiple investments in a diverse range of businesses which require input on a daily basis. This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires the ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
The following abilities and experience will be viewed favourably -
- legal office experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac
- bookkeeping experience using Xero or other on-line accounting program essential
Duties include -
- Bookkeeping including wages, BAS
- diary management
- researching
- project administration
- general office administration including reception
- arranging travel
- filing, archiving and scanning
- meeting and greeting clients and stakeholders
- completing monthly accounts
