Client Details
Our client is a leading Engineering firm in Osborne Park. They are looking for an Accounts Officer to assist with all Accounts functions. The client is currently going through a prolonged period of growth so it is a fantastic career to grow and develop your career in a supportive, friendly environment.
Description
- Performed end to end accounts payable in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Daily cash receipting of customer payments.
- Timely collection and management of outstanding debtor accounts
- Regular updates and management of cash flow forecast.
- Assist with processing new vendor applications.
- Assist in the process of raising and logging new Bank Guarantees and Insurance Bonds.
- Reconciliation and management of credit cards and debit cards.
- Periodic bank reconciliations.
- Assist in maintaining the company Asset Registers.
- Facilitate BAS preparation.
- Complete Australian Bureau of Statistics survey.
Profile
- Have previous experience in an Accounts based position.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail.
