Your new role
This role will suit someone who has experience of working on implementation projects within either multinational or large scale organisations. Main duties will include:
- Acting as the second line of defense.
- Designing and implementing processes/ controls.
- Perform internal control reviews throughout the company or within your specific region.
- Identify process improvements that enhance controls
- Automate manual steps and consolidate processes.
- Partner with the marketing team to track and report on remediation plans.
- Influence stakeholders and senior managers to take on board suggested changes and close gaps within control.
What you'll need to succeed
- CA/CPA qualification
- Big 4 training is preferred.
- At least 4 years experience for an advisory/ internal audit or multinational company.
- Strong experience with internal controls and process improvement.
- A driven and highly motivated person who can motivate others and drive results.
- Excellent data modelling skills and the ability to use it to draw conclusions and present findings to non finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills. You will need to be able to communication efficiently with those based on site and in other locations around the world.
