Wood is currently recruiting for a Regional Management Accountant to join our team in Melbourne on a 12 months contract. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver Wood corporate management reporting requirements for the APAC region in respect of:
- Pre financial close month end results (Flash Reporting)
- Actual month-end results (Bridge Reporting)
- Major re-forecast updates such as Mid-Year Forecast and Rolling Forecasts
- Annual Budgets
- Rolling Forecasts (monthly)
- Regional Management Dashboard Reporting
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, consolidate, analyse and present the APAC region’s annual budget for all KPIs and supporting analysis. Prepare monthly and year to date analysis and reports of the financial results for the region as required by the SBU and Group reporting teams
- Prepare and maintain SGA cost control process and SGA analysis reports
- Prepare and issue monthly Capex reports
- Prepare and issue monthly receivables and DSO
- Develop and maintain cash forecasts
- Compile & present the regional dashboard to the Operational leaders in the region
- Coordinate and report status of cost reduction initiatives
Skills / Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar size enterprise with proven track record
- Oil & Gas service company experience or similar
- Relevant skilled experience for key business systems Oracle, Smartview, Hyperion
- Time management and coordination skills
- Proven financial knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Numeracy, financial analysis and Presentation Skills
