An immediate requirement for a Financial Accountant to join a growing team in a central location in Melbourne's CBD. The role will require someone who has fulfilled a similar position and has experience with the accounting system technology one.
Client Details
My client exists in the health care industry and is situated in the CBD. A rapid rate of growth over the last couple of years has led to the requirement of a Financial Accountant to join the high performing team.
Description
The duties and responsibilities for the Financial Accountant will include but not be limited to:
- Assist with month end and year end
- Reconciliations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors
- Assist with the creation of financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with any ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful candidate will have had:
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar financial accounting position
- must have technology one exposure
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be able to work in a team and autonomously
- Exposure to a similar organisation
- Relevant university degree
- CA/CPA preferred
