About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant, to add value and insight to a well-established finance team, working closely with Senior Management and Stakeholders.
Your role will include but not limited to the following:
- Deliver financial and non-financial insights that can create value
- Future strategic planning
- KPI analysis and management reporting
- Implement new processes to create efficient and effective resource management
- Lead the budget and forecast process
- Completion of year-end and month-end processes
- Lead monthly metrics reporting and escalate policy compliance
- Assist with business cash flow insights
About you:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management reporting
- Demonstrated experience in process improvements and analytical insight reporting
- Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Intermediate excel- highly desirable
- Energetic and passionate- able to work autonomously at a fast pace
- Highly driven with the desire to progress within an organisation
- Available, effective immediately
- Confidence in abilities to hit the ground running!
