A financial services Sydney based firm are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Financial Control/External Reporting team. This will be a 12-month contract with a view to going longer term.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Financial Reporting for one entity
Month end reporting
Posting journals
Preparation of Financial Statements
Finance Control
Process Improvement
Stakeholder management

The ideal candidate will be:

CA/CPA Qualified
3-4 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role, in a Financial Services firm
Exposure to Securitisation and lending would be beneficial
