We are a leading provider of a range of insurance industry services including Injury Management, Investigations, Claims & Risk Solutions, and People Solutions. Our organisation is going through an exciting growth phase.  

We are seeking a motivated, critically minded & mature individual to join our National Performance Team as the Billing Specialist. The purpose of this role is to assist our national performance and rehabilitation teams to ensure the accurate processing of high volume invoices in line with state and national requirements.

Applicants seeking a part time position would be considered. 

The role will include:

• Accurate processing of high volume invoices – checking, approving and amending where required all invoices ensuring compliance with local and national Service Level Agreements;
• Preparing statistical data around invoicing including identifying areas of process improvement;
• Update and maintain relevant areas of the billing database;
• Ensure consistency of staff reimbursements and expenses;
• In and out of cycle billing and follow up of invoice payments.    

Ideal attributes will include:

• Demonstrated billing experience is essential; 
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
• Methodical, process driven, mature-minded and ability to work independently;
• Team attitude & positive approach;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself;
• Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and adaptability to new software.
