We are seeking an experienced Manager to guide and marshal a team to effectively maintain relationships across the board, support best practices and strengthen project delivery outcomes.

- Managing a specialized team (6)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide efficient services and reach anticipated goals
- Provide expert advise on best practices
- Assess themes and trends and be confident in implementing supporting methods to address them

To be successful for this contract, you must have experience with the following:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the Finance/ Shared Services space
- SAP knowledge is mandatory
- Past managerial experience is necessary, very advantageous to have managed a team in a Contact Centre environment
