The business located in Dandenong and specialising in commercial construction is seeking a qualified accountant to assist the Financial Controller.
The Role:
The accountant will be working in a small team yet busy environment and will be responsible for:
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Preparation of the management accounts for Trusts, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, SMSF's and Company's
- Month End Reporting
- Fixed Cost reporting
- Job Cost allocations and review
- Cashflow, BAS, Reconciliations
Your Experience:
- Approx. 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work autonomously with great attention to detail
- Relevant University Degree
- Intermediate knowledge of excel
- Experience with Sage Construction 300 an advantage
