Rapidly Growing High-End Retail Furniture Firm Requires A Full-Time, Permanent Accounts Payable Officer

Your new role
Reporting directly to the General Manager of finance, your new role will include:
- Processing high volume of matching, coding and posting of invoices in accordance with company policy
- Dealing with vendor queries and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
- Monthly reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Regular follow up on outstanding invoices/discrepancies
- Preparing and posting fortnightly payment runs
- Weekly reporting of the AP ledger
- Maintenance and record keeping
- Ad hoc duties as required
This role will be on a full-time, permanent basis and will be based in the CBD.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have solid Accounts Payable experience. A background in retail, stock or inventory would be highly desirable. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively as a team. You must have full working rights in Australia and have perfect communication skills. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Navision is also highly desirable.
