The Company

Our client is looking for a Payroll super star to join their ranks. As a well-established Multisite Company, the Finance Team are looking expand upon their Payroll team of 3. The successful applicant will report to the Payroll Manager and support the Payroll function.

Vital to the success of the successful applicant, is their eagerness to succeed and learn. The company are looking to invest in an individual who is looking to make this role their own and eventually progress within the team.

The Role

This role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Performing end to end payroll, from entering of new starters to assisting with month and year end reporting requirements
• Ensuring accurate employee information is entered into the company database
• Attending to employee payroll inquiries and online timesheets in a timely manner
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and award changes, working across multiple EAs and EBAs
• Assisting the Finance department with payroll reconciliations

Your Profile

The successful applicant will possess:

• At least 2 years Payroll experience in a relevant role
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• An even temper and the ability to deal with employee queries
• A professional manner when communicating with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication
