In this newly created position reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing all accounting and banking functions for the organisation, generate and track budgets and monitor the firm's performance and efficiency. You will also be part of the Executive Leadership Team.
The key aspects of the role include:
- Financial Management and Reporting across Victoria and NSW.
- Management of Operations.
- Create Strategies and Manage Special Projects.
- Secure Third-Party Capital.
- Forecasting and Scenario Testing.
Qualifications, Experience and Capabilities:
- Relevant Bachelors degree.
- CA or CPA qualified preferred.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar senior role within the project-based construction or real estate industry.
